1. How SaveClip Works
SaveClip provides tools that process user-submitted public links. We do not curate or publish a public catalog of copyrighted works.
2. Filing a DMCA Notice
Your notice should include:
- Your full legal name and contact details.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed.
- The exact URL(s) or material location at issue.
- A good-faith statement that use is unauthorized.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that your notice is accurate.
- Your physical or electronic signature.
3. Counter-Notification
If you believe material was removed due to mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification where legally applicable. We review valid requests according to law.
4. Repeat Infringers
Users who repeatedly violate copyright policies may have access restricted.
5. Good-Faith Requirement
False or abusive claims may carry legal consequences. Submit notices only when you have a legitimate basis.
